2024 Individual Winners
Lifetime Achievement Award
Rhonda Hooper
President/CEO, Jordan Advertising

Rhonda is President/CEO of Jordan Advertising, a multi-faceted marketing and
advertising agency. The agency was founded in 1961, and she is the third CEO
in its history. Rhonda has worked in strategic marketing and branding from new
business start-ups to Fortune 200 corporations in tourism/hospitality, foodservice,
quick service restaurants, insurance, multi-unit retail, energy, apparel,
manufacturing, government and nonprofit arenas.
She is Past Chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, where she currently
serves on the executive committee as vice chair of business/economic inclusion,
and previously as vice chair of economic development and convention and
tourism development. She has chaired several governing boards: Oklahoma
Center for the Advancement of Science & Technology (OCAST), the Oklahoma
Business Roundtable, Leadership Oklahoma, the OKC Convention & Visitors
Commission and Economic Club of Oklahoma. She currently serves on the
Federal Reserve 10 th District/Oklahoma board and on the Human Rights
Commission. She is vice chair of the Feed the Children board, the OKC
Economic Development Trust, and is a director of the OKC Riversport
Foundation and Alliance for Economic Development.
In 2017, she was inducted into the Oklahoma State University Hall of Fame. She
served as the national chair of the OSU Alumni Association, was a founding
board member of the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, and currently serves on
the OSU Foundation Board of Governors.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with an emphasis in
Marketing from Oklahoma State University, where she graduated as a Top Ten
Senior.

Chris Hoyle
Simple Modern Chief Marketing Officer

Chris Hoyle is the Chief Marketing Officer at Simple Modern, where he oversees the marketing strategy for the multi-million dollar, leading drinkware and consumer goods company. In this role, Hoyle manages the company’s strategic plan through marketing all enterprises from significant product launches to corporate brand initiatives, helping to align with the company’s mission to give generously. Before becoming Simple Modern’s Chief Marketing Officer, Hoyle was the Vice President of Sales and Chief Operating Officer at the company as well.
Previously, Hoyle held executive positions with industry giants like Cadbury, Kraft and Ferrara Candy. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Hoyle now lives in Oklahoma City with his wife of 20 years, Catherine, and their three children.

Maddie Stout
Account Strategist, Insight Creative Group

As an Account Strategist at Insight Creative Group, Madison distills data points into actionable human insights and helps teams craft the right message for the right audience at the right time. Madison moved back to Oklahoma and joined ICG in May of 2023 after a 3-year stint in Georgia, at BBDO Atlanta. There she worked in social media strategy for a Fortune 500 Company. She graduated with a degree in strategic communications from Oklahoma State University and is a grad of Miami Ad School’s Strategy Planning Program.Outside of work, Madison can be found spending her free time taking painting classes at Oklahoma Contemporary, soaking up the outdoor air, or spending time with her family. She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Robert, and their 2 dogs, Moose and Cosmo.
