Sr. Ad Operations Specialist

Position Summary:
▪ This position is responsible for serving as the Senior Digital Ad Operations Specialist This role will work closely with the Digital Strategy team and continue to focus on the assigned account list, campaign management, analytics and reporting. This position will be a leader and key decision maker for other team members.
▪ The overall goal of this person is to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the tasks assigned while interfacing with the internal ad operations teams. This position is also responsible for the day to day operations of campaign management, producing targeting recommendations based on specialized platform knowledge, assist in sending IOs and trafficking creative for programmatic campaigns, craft strategic digital media campaign setup and optimization recommendations, monitor and track campaign budgets and performance, and assist in composing campaign performance reports for designated account list.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Assists digital department in developing, implementing and maintaining media objectives, strategies and tactics
▪ Specializes in Social and Digital platforms with the ability to assist in tactical recommendations
▪ Manages digital media project timelines for set account list
▪ Supervises ad operations coordinators
▪ Aggregates and visualizes data using reporting tools to derive insights for digital campaign reports
▪ Offers insightful and strategic optimization recommendations based on campaign performance
▪ Communicates with internal teams regarding team efficiencies to current and new processes
▪ Must be able to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
▪ Manages and organizes creative assets
▪ Implements tracking for digital platforms
▪ Google Tag Manager Specialist
▪ Manages Digital and Social billing platforms
▪ Required to learn new ad tech systems as they roll out
Education, Qualifications and Certifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
▪ 1-3 years of digital media execution
Required Skills:
▪ Must have strong business writing and communication skills
▪ Must have strong organizational and quantitative/analytical skills
▪ Must have extremely strong attention to detail
▪ Great attitude, desire to learn and ability to work in a team environment
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PPT
▪ Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio preferred
▪ Google Ads Certification preferred

• Attention to Detail in Regard to Campaign Budgets and Objectives
