Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as its in-house designer to develop and produce a full range of organizational communications and marketing materials, including publications, newsletters, brochures, print and electronic advertising, event collateral and executive presentations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates, designs, and produces projects from beginning to end, as well as partner with other designers and the marketing team to deliver a final product that is of highest quality, as well as on time and on budget.
Collaborates with other designers/outreach team members on creative concepts, providing guidance on design as well as production logistics, resulting in a final product that’s delivered in a timely fashion while still meeting our high standards of quality.
Designs and brands every project with expertise to help complete jobs in a timely manner and produce professional end products.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously while still adhering to strict deadlines.
Collaborates closely with Senior Management, Marketing, and Service Line teams to identify areas of improvement and present industry best-practice solutions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge:
Five (5) years of experience as a graphic designer in professional setting or agency environment.
Demonstrated experience developing and applying design concepts to a variety of print and electronic media.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite using a Windows platform.
Experience producing high-level production work including strategic branding and communications.
Expert production skills, including experience contracting with printers and other vendors.
Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and work closely in a team setting.
Preferred Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge:
Experience maintaining websites using a content management system.
Previous experience designing collateral for service lines and professional meetings.
Experience overseeing video production projects, as well as photography services.
Bachelor’s degree related to graphic design.
ADA Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must have excellent concentration ability.
