Responsibilities:

 

– Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports for the company

– Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

– Reconciling bank statements and preparing journal entries

– Maintaining accurate and organized financial records

– Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes

– Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

– Providing support for audits and other financial reviews

– Responding to inquiries from clients and stakeholders regarding financial transactions and reports

– Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

– Conducting research and analysis for special projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

– 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related role

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Highly organized and detail-oriented

– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Self-motivated and able to work independently

– Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles
