Public Strategies (PS) is a nationally respected consulting, project management, and marketing firm based in Oklahoma City. We provide innovative solutions for federal, state, and local clients, including project and program management, training and technical assistance, technology, event management, research and evaluation, video production, and strategic communications. This Project Manager plays a critical role in helping PS achieve success for its clients through responsive solutions in areas of resource planning and project management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on various marketing and technology projects for diverse clients. This includes meeting with clients and key stakeholders to determine objectives; develop project timelines and budgets; set up and monitor tasks; coordinate with vendors and contractors; and provide regular updates and reports.
Essential Job Functions
Set up tasks and monitor progress to ensure effective communication, workflow, quality, and timeliness
Manage timelines and delivery schedules in collaboration with the development team, designers, and copywriters
Serve as a communication liaison between stakeholders, developers, designers, and copywriters, with strong attention to detail and clear, concise written and verbal communication
Oversee quality assurance of deliverables prior to client delivery
Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, serving as a strategic resource and partner
Guide stakeholders through the process of project initiation, development of scopes of work and project requirements, design and copy approvals, deliverable revisions, and final development approvals

Bachelor’s degree, required
Minimum two years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or technology
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred
Experience with Asana, JIRA, or other project management software systems, preferred
Experience with managing Agile development practices preferred
Knowledge of WordPress or similar content management systems preferred
Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Professional preferred
Writing/editing experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office products
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various deadlines and prioritize effectively
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, deadline-sensitive, detail-driven environment
Familiarity with current trends in marketing, technology, and project management tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences
Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills
Occasional evening/weekend work
Essential Physical Requirements
Sufficient mobility and strength to move about the facility. Ability to be mobile throughout the community.
