The Consumer Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding the perceptions, preferences, and behaviors of our targeted populations, prospects, and community. By analyzing consumer data, this position provides valuable insights and recommendations to enhance business decision-making processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that will inform clinical growth programming, marketing strategies, product development, and overall business growth. Ultimately, you will support Market Intelligence by conducting market assessments, understanding consumer behavior, market opportunities, market share, and contributing to the development of business cases.

  • Plan, design, and support primary research efforts, including market insights studies and consumer focus groups
  • Works with internal colleagues and external vendors to conduct research, gather insights and analyze research findings
  • Develop and evaluate customer segments to guide the implementation of effective consumer growth strategies
  • Deliver data-driven insights that optimize business decision-making processes
  • Assist Market Intelligence with market assessment to evaluate opportunities, threats, and the competitive landscape
  • Track and monitor brand insights in the market for the organization and its competitors
  • Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to analyze customer data, segment customers and tailor personalized growth strategies
  • Work cross functionally within the Marketing and Growth department with business analysis & planning, business development, digital media, marketing, physician outreach & business development and community impact

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, consumer research, data analysis, and insights generation.

License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: None.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must possess the required level of skills and abilities to read, write, speak, and apply mathematical concepts and sound reasoning to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Strong influence skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Must be a strategic thinker, self-motivated and have excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and trust among leadership and staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
