Brand Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the go-to person for all aspects of account management. Ensuring seamless communication internally and externally, managing expectations, overseeing projects/budgets, client relationships, and reporting.
• Collaborate with our project management department to manage scopes of work, including both project-based assignments and ongoing retainers.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and billing to ensure efficient delivery of work.
• Lead client meetings, foster strong partnerships, and provide strategic, solutions-driven guidance.
• Understand the interworkings of an ad agency and be able to effectively communicate across departments to leverage team strengths and resources.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies to maximize outcomes.
• Proactively support clients with forward-thinking solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in account management (advertising agency experience preferred).

Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with clients and foster trust.

Leadership Skills: Confident in managing meetings and handling client communications.

Presentation Savvy: Comfortable speaking in front of groups.

Strategic, Foreward Thinker: Ability to listen to a client’s needs and provide options/solutions that fall within an existing SOW or identify upselling opportunities.

Problem Solver: Quick on your feet and adept at creative thinking.

Organized Team Player: Highly organized and collaborative in a team setting.
