Job Summary
The videographer is responsible for assisting with storyboards in pre-production, all camera operations on set including creative decisions during production, and co-editing in post-production.

Founded in 2016, Heartland Video Production is a small, but mighty video production agency located in the heart of OKC. We work with local and national clients and develop video campaign strategies that we execute in-house. We are a group of type A’s who thrive off the organization and streamlined workflows.

Application Workflow
First-round qualified candidates will participate in a 10-minute phone interview.
Second-round qualified candidates will come to our office for an interview.

Job Functions
Required Abilities

Pre-production
Create and review shot checklists in pre-production.
Gear preparation for shoots.

Production
Camera operations.
Framing.
Lighting.

Post-production
Co-editing with Producer.
Bonus Abilities

Motion graphics experience.
Color correction experience.

Competency
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet reasonable deadlines across multiple projects.
Strong file organization and management skills.
Perform work within Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Work Environment
This job operates in an office with occasional remote work capabilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a Full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs or shoot schedules. Note that occasional out-of-state travel is required.

Experience
2 years of experience shooting and editing.
