We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer/Photographer/Social Media Video Creator to capture and showcase the essence of our restaurants through stunning visuals and engaging social media content.

Position Summary:

The Videographer/Photographer/Social Media Video Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and photos that highlight our dishes, drinks, events, promotions, and overall restaurant ambiance. This role will also involve creating compelling short-form video content tailored for social media platforms to engage our audience, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Photography:Capture high-quality video and photo content of food, drinks, events, and restaurant interiors/exteriors.Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots that align with the brand’s vision and marketing goals.Edit and produce videos, ensuring they are polished, on-brand, and suitable for various platforms (social media, website, etc.).Retouch and edit photos to enhance the visual appeal of dishes and drinks.

Social Media Content Creation:Develop and produce short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns & strategies.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.Optimize content for different social media platforms, ensuring the best formats, lengths, and styles are used.

Collaboration & Planning:Work closely with brand managers and restaurant managers to schedule and plan shoots.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with promotional calendars and brand messaging.Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining an easily accessible library of photos and videos.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a videographer/photographer/content creator, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video and photography work, particularly in the restaurant/food sector.Experience creating content for social media platforms, with a focus on video (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).Knowledge of lighting, composition, and storytelling techniques.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to capture the essence of a brand through visuals.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience with photography and short form video creation.Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
