The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist Bob Mills Furniture in all areas of online marketing including but not limited to: developing and launching marketing digital and email campaigns; recommending and buying digital ad placement for social media, Google AdWords and other paid channels; monitoring and engaging customers on social media platforms; optimizing and creating website strategies based on search engine optimization(SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) activities and reporting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or some combination of experience and education
1-2 years of experience in online advertising, SEO/SEM, and link building/blog promotion
2+ years of Google AdWords/PPC experience – Google Ads certification a plus
1-2 years experience of implementing data-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic visibility and website engagement
2+ years of experience with commercial Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram platforms for business
Strong to expert level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic HTML and WordPress skills
Knowledge and understanding of static and dynamic website optimization and results
Ad copywriting and proofreading skills
Email Marketing campaign building experience
Online reputation management experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and maintain/optimize existing PPC campaigns
Execute paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google Ads
Identify important keywords and phrases for both PPC and organic search optimization. Carry-out completion of or make recommendations to appropriate personnel for the resulting action items
Maintain corporate social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram, including communication with customers
Develop and execute social media campaigns and contests to engage customers and increase social media presence
Manage and maintain numerous accounts, including measuring, testing, revising, and repeating to continually improve campaign performance
Continuously optimize content to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords
Execute all digital plans for Google Ads, Email, Facebook, OTT and other RTB platforms as needed
Recommend, develop and implement digital strategies to improve online customer experience
Work with marketing team in development of ad campaigns and marketing plans
