About the Speaker:

Jennifer Fogg became the President of TBS Factoring, LLC in November 2016.  Prior to this, Fogg was the Chief Operating Officer at GiANT Partners, an executive and strategic leadership consulting firm in Edmond.  Fogg, a native of Southern California, came to Oklahoma City in 2005 as CEO ASSET Group, Inc. a woman-owned, minority-owned small business Construction and Disaster Response contractor.  Jenn has more than 25 years of experience serving in leading corporations with an emphasis on Construction, Engineering, Advertising, Federal and DoD Agencies, Disaster Response and Crisis Management. Fogg is a proven transformational leader, an Executive Coach and Certified Professional Facilitator.

In 2014 Fogg was honored by the Department of Homeland Security with their National Small Business Award for her work with FEMA during the response to Hurricane Sandy.  Over her career, Jennifer has overseen more than $500 million in federal construction and environmental contracts and has won her companies more than $10 billion in contract capacity.  She recently completed her tenure as National Vice President for the Society of American Military Engineers, and is a Fellow of that organization (one of less than 10 females with this distinction) and the current Co-Chair of its National Foundation, comprising more than 30,000 members world-wide.  Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors for UMB Bank, The Boys and Girls Club of Oklahoma County and was named one of Oklahoma’s top CEO’s in 2012.  Fogg’s companies have earned subsequent honors many years in a row on the Metro 50 list, Best Places To Work and Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies, as well as being named Oklahoma’s Top Small Business o the Year and the United States Small Business of the Year.

Jennifer is a single mom of four daughters (all in college at the same time) and calls Oklahoma City home when she’s not enjoying her love-hate relationship with United Airlines.
