Speaker: Leslie A. Spears, Director of Marketing & Public Relations, Myriad Botanical Gardens
Leslie A. Spears was officially named Director of Marketing and Communications in August 2015 after three years as their social media contractor. Her background includes being the Communications Manager for the Oklahoma City Museum of Art from its opening in 2002 until leaving in 2012 to start her own business, Leslie’s OKC. Other previous jobs include publications manager with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and work in radio. Through her work as the digital media consultant, Leslie has successfully grown the Gardens’ digital media outreach to impressive levels.
