Mental Toughness: Learn the “secret skill set” that can transform your life and business
An interactive workshop that will introduce and teach attendees some of the skills, tasks, and techniques that will help them develop their cognitive fitness (aka mental toughness/emotional intelligence) so that they can be more present, confident and in control.
These skills are imperative if you want to be an optimum performer in life and business.
Attention: Our speaker will be providing a free “mental toughness” assessment for all meeting attendees. Please follow this link to complete by 5 pm, Tuesday, May 8th to be included in the overall “audience” review on Thursday (no one will be singled out).

About the Speaker:
Speaker: Dr. Seth R. Hickerson
CEO/Founder – Boost, Mental Toughness and Leadership
Seth has made a lot of bad decisions in his life…He has gone through several personal challenges in his life…many self-inflicted and many not. Dr. Hickerson also knows he is not unique or special…he is human and flawed. Seth also knows that there is a way to manage the adversity life throws at you and overcome it so that you can fully develop as a person and become a top performer in any industry regardless of your background, education level or environment.
Dr. Hickerson received his B.S degree in Health and Physical Education (K-12) from Indiana State University. He then completed his M.S. degree from the University of Tennessee majoring in Sport Studies (with a focus in Sport Psychology). His doctorate was obtained in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Seth is a member of the Applied Association of Sport Psychology and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Dr. Hickerson is a veteran of both the U.S. Navy (Active Duty) and the U.S. Air Force (reserve) where he proudly served for 8 years while spending 5 years overseas.
