Today, almost every customer is learning about your company and brand before even having a personal conversation with someone on your team. Therefore, it’s vital that your online presence is worthy of your brand.
This month, Sean Flaherty will tie together brand advocacy and technology with his presentation, Pull: Creating Software People Can’t Live Without, and will take you though a number of different social science tools and activities that can be applied to any business’ digital products.
By implementing some of these concepts to your digital products, such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Loyalty Ladder, you help ensure that each interaction a user has builds your brand and gets the user closer to becoming an advocate of your product or service. The presentation uses real stories and examples of how companies have changed their digital products to be more user focused and gives the attendees strong takeaways that can be immediately implemented into their current model and strategy.
Learn how to leverage your technology and social science tools to:
- Build trust for your organization
- Create brand loyalty
- Earn real sustainable brand advocates for your organization
